THE MANHATTAN GARDEN CITY REACHES NEW HEIGHTS ON ITS THIRD PHASE

Megaworld Corporation has launched the third phase of one of its township projects, Manhattan Garden City. Dubbed Manhattan Heights, the new phase will feature an additional four towers. The first two phases of Manhattan Garden City have a total of six towers – all 2,200 units of which have been fully subscribed by investors and aspiring homeowners.

The four towers of Manhattan Heights will add more than 1,600 units to Manhattan Garden City. The first tower will have 406 residential units; all feature balconies. Manhattan Heights is located across Ali Mall, where a transport terminal is now located. The site along Gen. Romulo Ave. gives residents access to Aurora Boulevard and EDSA via P. Tuazon Boulevard. With Manhattan Heights’ connection to the other parts of Manhattan Garden City through garden walkways and footpaths, residents will enjoy mobility. All they need to do is board the LRT2 and MRT3, which intersect at the Araneta Center, to reach any point of the metro within minutes.

The developer is has more than 20 new amenities for Manhattan Heights. These boost the previously announced high concentration of amenities in Manhattan Garden City’s first two phases.
Passive amenities at Manhattan Heights include skylights, sitting areas and garden decks. Active amenities also abound, such as a jogging path, adult and kiddie pools and a playground.A sky garden at the four topmost floors of each tower differentiates Manhattan Heights among the modern buildings within Araneta Center. While being an aesthetic feature, the sky garden also has the environment for its blueprint.

The green rooftop development concept employed at the fourth-floor podium deck is aimed at lowering the levels of pollution, while the sky garden’s plant life also cleanses the air and reduces heat stress, high above the metro.
